Using BIOL in the treatment of some oncological diseases

As it is followed from our previous experience and clinical trials (in Slovenia and Hungary) the device BIOL can be used for treatment of some oncological diseases.

Several recommendations for usage were determined during practical application of the device BIOL by different clinicians in different countries.

Main points, which were determined on the basis of different trials, are summarized here...

The effect of the device is based on electromagnetic influence on tumor's cells. This leads to changes in decay rate and death of a tumor's cells, reducing their own ability for synthesis and production of growth factor. The application of the device during pre-surgical and postoperative periods leads to antiblastic effect for prevention of recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors.

The device affects on tumor’s cells at cellular and molecular levels. As a result, the cells of a malignant tumor are differentiated and transform to cells of embryonic type, because the structures, responsible for particular functions of the cells, were damaged. The process of destruction of a malignant tumor is effective both for epithelial genesis and for tumors originating from connective tissue, muscles and hematopoietic system.

Unlike most other treatments, application of the device “BIOL” doesn’t provoke by-effects. At the same time, the influence on tumors is considerable, so the majority of patients feel positive effect after 2 or 3 days of usage. First of all general state of a patient is improved. After 2-3 weeks, qualitative changes will be defined, they can be confirmed by the results of standard blood tests: increasing hemoglobin, reducing cholesterol, reducing ESR and others (depending of a kind of tumor). In a month, positive changes can be noticed on the results of fluorography (in case of lung tumor/cancer), mammography (breast tumor/cancer), cytological screening (breast tumor/cancer), thermography (cancer or tumor of skin, soft tissue, bones etc.) and so on.

Patients can be treated by the device on any stages of disease (from the1st till the 4th). The effect is different, of course. But even for the 4th stage, there were cases, when not only effective palliative and symptomatic treatment was observed, but even long-term remission, sometimes up to a complete cure.

Long-term treatment by the device, 3-4 cycles, leads to disruption of clonal progression of a tumor and its adaptation to effects of anti-cancer agents.

In general, the cycle of treatment by the device is 10-12 days for 1.5-2.5 hours daily. The reiteration of the cycles must be done in 30-50 days. Usually, two cycles are sufficient for treatment on the initial stages of disease.

The usage of combination treatment is especially effective, because it includes surgical methods, radiation therapy by gamma-therapeutic devices in small doses and treatment by the device “BIOL” (according to the following scheme: 3 hour-session for 4 days, 5-6 days before surgery and 4-5 days after surgery).

The usage of combination treatment together with chemotherapy requires medical staff with very good skills; it is effective, if small doses of chemotherapeutic preparations are used (much less than usually). In this case, treatment by the device BIOL is recommended only before chemotherapy. The device BIOL can be used only on the 20th day after the last day of chemotherapy.

As the result of treatment by the device BIOL, a tumor's cells are destructed. In case of large size of a tumor or presence of metastasis, destroyed oncological cells have toxic effect. It is possible, that the functions of liver and kidneys will be impaired for a short period of time. The side effects are much lower, than using chemotherapeutic preparations. Nevertheless, hematopoietic and cardiovascular systems, functions of liver and kidneys should be monitored (especially for elderly people). It is required to alternate the periods of using the device with 2-3 days of rest

Some particular qualities of using the device “BIOL” during the treatment of some oncological diseases.

1. Lung, bronchi and trachea tumor/cancer.

The most effective use of the device “BIOL” is achieved, if a tumor is locally spread, without metastasis or with metastasis in regional lymph nodes. This is the most effective way of medical treatment for those patients, who have contra-indications for surgery due to age or other reasons. Even with the widespread process, at 4th stage, the life expectancy increases and sometimes a tumor regresses completely.

The use of 10%-dose of cyclophosphamide for small-cell lung cancer and methotrexate for differentiated forms of lung cancer is allowed. During the process of a tumor’s regression, all possible reasons of a tumor's appearance must be eliminated: smoking, constant inhalation of cigarette smoke, contact with such materials and substances as asbestos, nickel, arsenic, chromium, radon, fluorine, engine exhaust gases, metal dust, carcinogens from asphalt roads and so on.

It is required to make x-rays prior to treatment by the device “BIOL” and in 1-2 months after.

2. Stomach tumor/cancer.

It is recommended to use the device “BIOL” 1,5 - 3 hours a day for 10 – 11 days. Pause for 1–2 days is possible at any phase. After the cycle of treatment, it is necessary to make the following control tests: blood tests for definition of ESR, X-raying or analysis of digestive juices Beta-glucuronidase, lactate dehydrogenase and hexokinase. The results of tests can be compared with those, which was made before using the device.

In case of using the combined method of treatment, the treatment using BIOL takes 1.5-2 hours for 4-5days. Preliminary treatment using BIOL for 2 days before surgery localizes increasing of metastasis and reduces relapses. As it was noticed above, the treatment using BIOL after surgery can start on the 4th day, for 1.5 to 2 hours daily.

The use of the device BIOL together with chemotherapy for patients with a stomach tumor/cancer is not recommended. 

3. Non-malignant growths.

All the types of non-malignant growths respond to treatment; several cycles are effective and show good results. Each cycle consists of 12 days, 2-3 hours of treatment per day. If there is a need to continue the treatment after the first cycle, then the second cycle should be carried out after 1-2 months, the next cycle can be done with 2-3 months interval. Usually, side effects do not appear.

After the first cycle the most of non-malignant growths completely disappear or abruptly diminish in sizes. In the most cases, surgery is not required.

4. Prostate tumor/cancer.

The device “BIOL” is used independently for 1-2 cycles for the treatment of early forms of tumors (a tumor is less than 1 cm in diameter) without metastases. 3-4 cycles are required in the treatment of tumors, which are beyond the border of the capsule. Each cycle lasts 10 days, 1.2 - 2.5 hours each day without a break at a distance of 1.5-2.5 m from the unit. The pause between cycles is 10 days.

BIOL can be used for the treatment of intraosseous metastasis. In such case, hormonotherapy, as a method of palliative care, may precede the treatment by the device BIOL. In 10-15 days, when the cycle of treatment using BIOL is finished, hormonotherapy and chemotherapy can be used again.

5. Rectal tumor/cancer.

Use of the device “BIOL” is the most effective for the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal. Usually, it is enough to make 1-3 cycles of treatment with the interval between cycles 25-35 days. Each cycle takes 5-6 days, with a treatment session of 1.5-2,5 hours daily.

Good antiblastic effect is obtained in case of BIOL usage before surgery (1 cycle) and after surgery (1 cycle). Chemotherapy may be used both before and after the surgery, but a doze must be equal to 10% of the standard doze.

If the device BIOL is used before surgery, the treatment should be done according to the following scheme: one cycle of treatment is carried out 12 days before surgery (the cycle should be finished 12 days before surgery). After 10-days interval, BIOL should be used during two days, 1.5 - 2 hours daily.

At severe stages of disease, it is recommended to use the device “BIOL” in as palliative care. In such case, after 1-2 days of treatment, 1-2 days interval should be done. The interval is needed for recovery of tissue’s cells, which are in close proximity to the tumor.

6. Cervical tumor/cancer.

The device “BIOL” can be used as independent method of treatment or as a part of the combined treatment, together with external beam radiotherapy or brachytherapy.

In case of using just the device “BIOL”, it is necessary to make 2-4 cycles of treatment. Each cycle continues 9-10 days, 2-2,5 hours-session per day.

At severe stages of disease, it is recommended to organize the cycles of treatment with pauses: the device “BIOL” is used 1-2 days, followed by 1-2 day-pause.

The interval between the cycles is 3-4 weeks. During this time, blood supply to the tumor and tumor's sensitivity to the device “BIOL” are restored.

One cycle of treatment using the device BIOL can be done before surgery for cervical cancer; the cycle should be finished 2-3 days before the surgery. Postoperative treatment can be carried out from the 2-3 day after the surgery (2,5-3 hours every day).

Chemotherapy is contraindicated during 3-4 weeks after treatment with the device BIOL.

7.  Breast cancer/tumor.

In the treatment of early forms of non-palpable breast cancer, the device BIOL can be used 1.5-2.5 hour daily for 10-11 days. After the first cycle, usually, there is no need in the second cycle of treatment.

Multiple primary tumors/cancer requires several cycles of treatment using the device BIOL with an interval of 20-25 days.

Good antiblastic effect is achieved if the device BIOL is used 2-3 days before and 3-5 days after surgery.

At the same time, the application of the device BIOL is an effective means of treatment of inflammatory breast cancer.

It is recommended to use combined method of treatment using the device BIOL and gamma-therapy. Hormonal therapy and chemotherapy are only possible before the treatment by the device BIOL. Chemotherapy should be completed no later than 20-25 days prior to the application of the device BIOL.

The treatment of patients with neglected tumors should be done under control of a doctor.

In general case, the device BIOL should be used for patients with breast cancer at a distance 0.40-1.20 m, with 1-2 layers of thin cotton clothes on a patient (or without clothes at all).

In case of using estrogen hormone in order to reduce complications and pain, it is recommended to use the device BIOL once a day for 1 hour.

8. Fibromyoma, mastitis

The device BIOL has shown good results in treatment of fibromyoma and cysts in women. Usually, fibroids or cysts disappear at all! To prevent recurrence, it is recommended to do the second cycle of treatment in 2-3 months, and then third cycle - in another 2-4 months (as a control cycle of treatment).

In the treatment of mastitis, positive effect was defined only 1-2 weeks after the treatment by the device BIOL. 

In general, usage of the device BIOL helps immune system of a patient; it stabilizes the work of immune system. Thus, the body starts fighting with disease using inner strength.
