BIOL effectiveness in the treatment and rehabilitation

The main method of rehabilitation for patients with the cerebrovascular insult (CVI)/brain attack and violations of motor activity is physical therapy (Kinesiotherapy). The main goal of physical therapy, without a doubt, is the renewal of lost motor functions (full or partial), strength and agility of affected limbs, balance function, self-care and self-service skills.

In addition to kinesiotherapy, electrical stimulation of neuromuscular apparatus of affected limbs is provided in special rehabilitation centres.

Combining the methods mentioned above with treatment procedures on the device "BIOL" will reinforce the positive effect of rehabilitation.

A treatment session should be done in a special mode "Rehabilitation" for 25-35 minutes. A patient may sit or lay at a distance of 1.5-2 m from the device, any side. It is recommended to measure blood pressure for each patient before and after the procedure.

As a result of treatment with the device "BIOL", an anaesthetic effect and significant reduction of the recovery time of patients in the rehabilitation process was registered.

During clinical trials, it was found that the device BIOL, acting on tissues and organs of a patient with low-intensity electromagnetic field, is intended for modulating the immune system of patients, treatment of diseases of viral nature, reduction of the post-operative recovery period and relieving of pain. It was detected, that the treatment has analgesic (pain reduction), hypotensive and vascular-regulatory effect (other words, reduction of blood pressure in case of hypertension, and normalization of blood pressure in case of hypotension), and general improvement of health (results of clinical studies).

15 patients (9 female, 6 male), with diagnosed oncological diseases (breast cancer with and without metastasis, laryngeal tutumourlung and colon tumors) received 1.5-hour treatment session every two days for 3 months. Then, a CT examination was done for comparison of changes in a tumor's size.

In 12 cases from 15, tumor size has reduced. 3 patients have no changes in tumors’ sizes, but at the same time tumors did not grow, too.

In cases of presence of pain:

It was detected the reduction of pain from 7 to 3 rate of pain, on the base of estimation of a patient’s feelings by the VAS scale.

Side effects did not arise.

All patients reported about the improvement of their quality of life. (see the results of clinical studies).

The device BIOL was used for the treatment of 124 patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, combining with a spa treatment (such as baths, mud baths, massage, physical therapy).

BIOL worked in the mode "Treatment" on the distance 0.5-1.5 meter to a patient; period of the session was 1 hour and 20 minutes. Treatment sessions were done daily, except weekend, a course of treatment consisted from 10-15 procedures. During the procedure, patients listened to music and watching movies.

The positive effect of the device, patients began to feel during the 5th-6th session. In general, patients noted the reduction of pain, increasing a range of motion in the joints and spine, improving of the overall health. 

6 patients were included into the process of assessment (3 females, 3 males) with the following diseases:  adenoma prostate, breast cancer (with metastasis), climax with heavy bleeding. Treatment with the device BIOL were provided together with standard methods of treatment (see the report).

Trials shown, BIOL treatment improve the status of patients with cancer, particularly with prostate, gynecology, breast cancer. Improvements were observed during and after the treatment.

Patients noted relief of pain, healing of wounds, stop of bleeding, disappearing of metastasis and reduction of tumor's size (see the results of clinical studies).

As a result of the carried out trial, over 100 physiotherapeutic procedures have been carried out for patients from 19 to 74 years with the following diseases: intercostal neuralgia, osteochondrosis, rhinolaryngitis, rhinosinusitis, osteoarthrosis, rhinitis.

During usage of BIOL, 80% of patients noted the improvement of their state (pain syndrome has been reduced by 40%, clinical manifestations of upper respiratory tract diseases has been shortened by 20%). There were defined no changes in the course of disease in 20% of patients. No side effects or deterioration of health have been observed (see the results of clinical studies).
